Stephen Blane

Stephen has more than 30 years of experience dealing with claims in the Court of Session and in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland.
Stephen’s principal area of practice is professional negligence – especially claims against solicitors. He has experience of almost every type of civil dispute that has come before the Courts and deals with a wide range of civil litigation.
- Assumed as a Partner in 2004.
- Admitted as a Solicitor Advocate (civil) in 2003.
- Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in professional negligence law (2006).
- A member of the Law Society’s Pursuers’ Panel.
Stephen has completed Core Mediation’s training course in Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Management Skills and is able to assist clients who wish to consider mediation as an alternative to traditional forms of dispute resolution.
