Stephen Blane’s membership of the Law Society of Scotland’s Pursuers’ Panel has been extended by another 5 years

Stephen Blane has had his membership of the Law Society of Scotland’s Pursuers’ Panel extended for another 5 years.

Stephen has been a member of the panel since 2004 and in that time has developed a specialist practice in dealing with professional negligence claims against solicitors in Scotland, recognised by his continuing accreditation by the Law society as a specialist in professional negligence law.

Stephen acts directly for clients and is also happy to assist other solicitors in pursuing claims for negligence.

The Pursuers’ Panel consists of nine solicitors selected by the Law Society on the basis of their expertise in dealing with professional negligence claims to assist members of the public with advice about negligence claims against solicitors and, where appropriate, to assist solicitors already advising members of the public in connection with the handling of negligence claims against other solicitors.
