Get More When You Sell Your Home with the ESPC

Recent research by the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre (ESPC) has revealed that sellers using ESPC agents (solicitor estate agents) are more likely to get as much as 6% more than the Home Report valuation and 3% more than non-ESPC agents. In other words, selling a home through the ESPC is likely to get a better price than alternative channels.
