Claire Grierson

Claire is one of our law society of Scotland accredited paralegals. She has over 22 years of experience dealing with property sales, transfers of titles, re-mortgages and all aspects of conveyancing.

• Qualified as a Conveyancing Paralegal in Dundee in 2000.
• Worked in three of the largest firms in Tayside.
• Joined Urquharts in 2013.

Claire was one of the first to receive recognition as an accredited Paralegal with the Law Society of Scotland in 2010/11.

Claire likes to provide a personal service to clients and works with accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
