If your relationship has broken down, we will clarify and advise you on the rights, responsibilities and obligations that exist between you and your partner. We will carefully assess each situation and then discuss the available options with you before recommending a course of action.
Obtaining an appropriate and satisfactory agreement for our clients is of course our primary aim. We find that it is often easier and quicker to reach an agreement by negotiating at a distance through solicitors, but we are happy to advise any client who wishes to discuss matters directly with their spouse or who might benefit from using a Mediator.
